The Madisonville Rotary
The Madisonville KY Rotary Club is part of the world wide
Rotary International Organization. Our club was founded
on June 18, 1945 with 16 members and has served the local
Madisonville community ever since. Today our membership
roster has many many more names on it and continues to grow
as the premier service club in Madisonville.
The purpose of the Madisonville Rotary Club is to serve
the community in a variety of ways. Along with our Rotary
Football program and our annual Rotary Auction, we have
embarked on an ambitious program to provide the means for
advanced education to all of our community's high school
graduates. The "School
Counts" program is a five year commitment to provide
2 year scholarships to Madisonville Community College for
every high school graduate that meets the requirements set
forth in the program. To find out more about School Counts
and how you can participate in the future education of our
young people, click here.
While the focus of the Rotary is community service, another
important aspect is that of the friendships that are developed
and the opportunity to meet new people. The club has various
social events such as our Luau, Fall Picnic, Christmas Party
and much much more.
