MADISONVILLE ROTARY HISTORY MOMENT
- Our Historian, Blis Powell was not in attendance at Wednesday’s
Rotary Club meeting.
PROGRAM - Doug Leasure introduced our speaker
Pam Stewart. Pam is the YMCA Fitness Director. Pam stated
she’s terrified of pubic speaking, however this reporter
couldn’t tell that she was. Pam is very proud of the
programs the YMCA offers. She offered helpful tips on how
to get started and to be successful. First, talk to your
Doctor and then go from there to the YMCA! Pam will help
you with an exercise program that will meet your needs.
It’s very important to have a partner who will hold
you accountable. Do it for yourself! It’s a privilege
to exercise and ultimately it’s your responsibility
to keep the one body you have healthy and productive. It’s
the only transportation you have to carry you through this
life.
Upcoming Programs/Events - January 30,
Marcy Payton and Marilyn Locke will have the program
